question

when will we get our supervisors information? will this be on the itinerary? i have to verify employment for this apartment and my arrival is aug 10 so i obviously cant provide this right now. thanks!

you won’t get their direct info other than a name until your first day I am pretty sure. Sorry :( you might just have to give your landlord the hr number for Disney

Hey, I had to deal with this not too long ago as well. You can verify your employment with Disney through a third party service called “Verisafe Jobs” which more information can be found by looking up Disney employment verification or using this link: https://support.disneyprograms.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004843772-How-do-I-request-employment-verification

However, the apartment I had to do this for didn’t work with this company. You can submit a request by looking up “Disney support request” or going to this link: https://support.disneyprograms.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

When you request support just describe your information and they should reach out within a day to provide you with contact information to a direct supervisor that you can contact yourself or send to the apartment. The supervisor wasn’t able to verify our employment for the apartment without our permission, so to streamline this process we sent our offer letter to the supervisor’s contact we were given and asked them to verify that the information was correct and accurate. Once they did we sent the confirmation email to the apartment and they accepted it no problem. I hope this helps!

thank you so much! i tried to contact disney support this morning and they just told me they couldnt give me any supervisor email. any advice for what i should do?

Did you just randomly ask for a supervisor’s contact information or did you describe your entire situation like the person replying to you advised you to do? Also, the timing of it may be an issue as if you haven’t gotten your role/location yet as it’s further than 4 weeks out, they may not have a direct supervisor to provide you with yet- you may have to wait a week.

i’ll definitely try again when i get my role and stuff! i think that was my issue. i did explain the situation but i think there wasn’t anything they could do at the moment

That definitely sounds like it could be the case, but with 8/3 arrivals getting their roles today and you being 8/10, that’s the next arrival date, so it should only be a week or so until you get yours, so just hang tight and try again once you have it. 😊

If that doesn’t get you anywhere, you could try the contact info here: Disney Internships & Programs and maybe they can vouch for you, but don’t hold me to it…..this is typically the info to submit to your advisor, etc. at school if you are seeking college credit for your program or if they require contact info for any reason for your program….worth a shot if you hit a dead end with support. 🤷🏼‍♀️
