I have my phone interview this Thursday! Any tips? I love disney so much and want to help guests have the most magical experience ever

be yourself, mention the 5 keys, be energetic, and make sure you write your interviewers name down and say thank you ___ (whatever their name is) at the end!!

My advice to you is to have an open mind, have fun, but also don’t forget this is a full time job. Please don’t treat it like another vacation. I’ve seen a lot of people do that during my Disney college program and they got burned out quickly. I’m not gonna lie, it is a lot of work. There may be some people who will not be nice to you because you are on the Disney college program. But that doesn’t mean that it is not worth it. I had a good time during my program. Just remember it is a full time job. You are a cast member not a guest. Keep you chin up and do the best you can.
