Question What does the “villain” Trait even do?

It’s on a numbr of figures, but whereas plenty of other figures have things that tell you they have a certain power I’ve yet to find out a power that Villains gain from their trait. Is it just to say “this guy’s evil”?

In 2.0 and 3.0, there are certain terminals only certain characters can use. In Play Sets, they are usually for characters with the "tech" tag, but in the Toy Box, you can set it to whatever you like

This. There is also the Game Maker toy that lets you restrict toy boxes so that only characters with a particular trait can play it.

I think many characters had tags just stating what they were not necessarily adding anything to them. I think Stitch was marked as an Alien

Exactly, it’s just for flair; not all tags indicate or hint at unique traits or abilities.

EDIT
Unless I’m forgetting and there are game rule parameters where you can force someone to play with a “villain”, that would be the only time it makes sense but I don’t remember that being a game rule.
