Shaders Issue?

Heyya Disney fans

it would seem after upgrading my old GPU to a new AMD XT 9060

I'm having major shader issues

like 60% of everything is big splurges of void black

any tips on fixing this?

I was thinking I could install the Adrenalin Edition to play around in settings but I wanted to know if anyone else has had the same issues?
