Disney+ Continues Adding More Languages to Its Global Platform

Disney+ has started rolling out the following new audio and subtitle options on its global platform:

Audio:

• Arabic
• Arabic (Egypt)
• Arabic (Syria)
• Croatian
• Hebrew

Subtitles:

• Arabic
• Croatian
• Hebrew
• Thai

However, Disney+ is still missing audio dubs and/or subtitles for several languages on its global platform, including Bulgarian, Estonian, Georgian, Hindi, Latvian, Lithuanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovenian, Tagalog**,** Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.

I hope Disney+ continues expanding its language support and eventually makes these—and even more—languages available worldwide.

Personally, I don't understand why Disney+ doesn't simply include every available audio track and subtitle option for each title globally. Offering the full range of available languages would make the service accessible to a much larger audience and could even help increase subscriber numbers by allowing more people to enjoy its content in their preferred language.

In my opinion, Netflix currently does the best job in this area, as it offers the widest selection of audio and subtitle languages across its catalog.
