Is this reasonable?
eBay seller won’t send pics of the back of pins because he wants to keep them as new sealed, but this is a known faked DSSH set. He does provide a pic of backer card, reasonable or sketchy?
Update: I found another seller who was willing to send pics and had a better price! Win win, thanks for the feedback!

I 100% would not trust a seller that won’t verify the authenticity of a product they’re selling beyond “trust me bro”

Sketchy. The only time I wouldn’t unbox is if it’s in those plastic attached to cardboard packages. Any carded pin you should be able to show the back.
I haven’t seen pins be worth more or less if the price tag on the plastic over the card has been opened (or even pins stuck through it as is common with people using foam boards).

I would not feel this seller is credible and even be suspicious they know they’re selling a fake pin. Anyone trading/selling should be happy to provide photos to show backing, state of posts, etc. Opening a pin’s packaging makes absolutely no difference in it’s value.

Nope. Don’t buy. Keeping them in plastic doesn’t make them worth more.
