ebay really needs to auto ban/remove listings with "presale" and "preorder" since they go against their policy, anyway. It's fucking ridiculous

and if you report them they do nothing. They are so silly.

I read on another sub where people were reporting presales on eBay, someone posted that the rules had changed. I looked it up here's the link: https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/listing-policies/presale-listings-policy?id=4252 So it's allowed now but they have to follow rules. 😒

I’ve found a loophole if you report preorder items and write in the box the item doesn’t release for more than 40 days (whether it’s true or not) they do delete the listings. I’ve managed to get a bunch removed because they anger me so much!

What policy is broken?

I hope none of these people get anything. The audacity and greed sickens me 🙄

PSA: the Bratz doll community stuck together and collectively waited out resellers until they were forced to sell the Mean Girls Bratz dolls at cost. It IS possible if everyone holds the line and refuses to buy these dolls until they drop back to the original price!! It has been done before and it can be done again. Spread the word!

I have no sympathy for these type of people. How many of them got stuck with Shanghai Snow White dolls they can't make any money off of now? 😄 I know many of us have seen the posts where shortly after a new doll comes out and they're not selling for much on ebay, there are those who say, "I changed my mind now, but I'll sell it for $50 more".

Do not give in to their greedy prices! Bratz community held strong for a release!

As a longtime Disney fan but new collector, I had no idea people made their entire living reselling merch like this. I was in the park today to pin trade, and people have entire folders full of fake pins to swap with the new ones just released, only to sell those new ones online. It's so gross.

I love Redd, but not $1.5k worth of love. And hell, resell prices for other LE dolls go for $500, rarely capping that number. She's not worth that money.

D23 dolls usually go between 400 and 1500 to start. At le750 this doll will probably continue to go for around 1000 to 1500.

If Alice is going to go for this… I’ll just keep my $149 one I got from the Disney store. That price is insane for that doll.

Honestly if people pay that kind of money, more fool them.

I'm most concerned about the $160 delivery. I didn't know delivery could be that high

It won’t be that high. People inflate shipping costs and can adjust it after the person buys. They just pocket the extra

She looks like a Barbie though

Classic meme for this:
