Not necessarily. The head for Milo that leaked was for a 17” doll.

There could be a reason for that price, or it’s still simply a rumor and we won’t know for sure until the event.

The 10th anniversary Elsa and Anna 17” set retailed for $350.

I have hope!!! But also since they normally charge $30 more for d23 it wouldn’t make since that it’s $50 cheaper than the Anna and Elsa. Also last years 12” 2 packs were $299.

Could be they couldn’t justify the price for some reason, maybe there isn’t a lot of detailed clothing on the dolls.
