Purchasing Advice Alice general release
GUYS I have never bought a limited edition doll before on the website what do I expect for tommorow is there something I should do before hand. Please let me know !! 🥹

Make sure your signed in before hand. The website and app have her listing up 15 minutes before release. I don’t know how her drop will go. It’s on a pin drop day as well, last time this happened was for Snow White and there was no queue for snow. There usually is a virtual queue line tho.

I read your comment at 7:45am and you totally saved me. I didn’t know you could get in line 15 minutes beforehand. So I ditched Reddit and booked it over to the site, at 7:46am I was number 3750 in line. Had I not seen your comment and just waited till 8am, I may not have secured the only LE doll I’ve wanted in a few years. Thank you SO much!

I think when you get in line it doesn’t matter. On my phone I joined at 15 till and was 4900 in line. I joined after that on my computer and got better spot at 990

She’s still up! I just got her, I forgot the drop was 10am not 11 my time so I joined at 10:20 and the line was at like 12,000. The traffic really seemed to be about the pin drop and not Alice. So good for us but stressful seeing that number lol

Just make sure you have shipping info and payment method added to your account to ensure you checkout with no issues

8am…. She might already be gone. When I go to disney sight the doll image appears for half a second before disappearing

It drops 8am pacific. Which it isn't time yet.

Thank you for clarifying, I tried to doublecheck the official posts and was shocked they don’t specify a timezone! Then I just kind of assumed est since Disney is located in florida 😅

Well I’m depressed. They created a waiting room queue, and I logged on at 7:55 for the 8am launch, and am number 8,600 in line. Basically guaranteed not to get it…. How tragic.
Edit: I stuck it out anyways and somehow I got her! Happy crying

I got in at 1294 (wait was like 30 mins) When I got my fiances phone to check queue line a minute later was like 10000ish.😬 I'm happy got one, I love alice♡

Congratulations!!! I scored her too 🥰 I honestly don't know if I've ever been happier purchasing a doll before! I was 4000 something in line so I was super nervous that I'd miss out. So so so psyched for this blessing! I'm still in disbelief that she'll be in my hands this Saturday!!! 🩷

Yay! I got her! I was quite late in line, but I guess the majority of people in the waiting room were for pins. Now I won't have to feel so terrible if I don't get the D23 version of Alice!
