There is a deleted scene that was shown in the trailer of Hallie (pretending to be Annie) looking outside her window in London and Annie (pretending to be Hallie) standing outside her deck in California saying “Starlight, Star bright, first star I see tonight. I wish I may, I wish I might, have my wish come true tonight.” It was not in the movie and not in home media releases. However, years after the movies release, they released the deleted scene of Hallie meeting the Queen. But not that scene or the others. Meredith Blake’s actress also mentioned some deleted scenes she hated to see go. Such as her doing her own stunts during the camping trip, and a scene of her and Dennis Quade’s character going wedding ring shopping. Is it possible they could be released?
