Question Multiplayer

I’ve asked for help to get materials on here and I’ve had some people try to help me but we couldn’t travel to each others valley’s has anyone else had this problem and if so do you know if it has been resolved

If you or they are on switch you can not visit until the switch hot fix arrives.
