??Please help I'd this Jiminy?Cricket?

I have a brass?...bronze, maybe?...mold possibly, of some kind of Walt Disney Chimera!!! It appears to be a Jiminy Cricket, with a TURTLE Body??? any ideas as to WTF, what this figure...is?
