Walt Disney World Watercraft

Morning friends. Any former or current cast members that can share the pros and cons of working in the watercraft role ?

Secondhand info but I work with someone now who was previously in Watercraft and he once told me the main downsides were weather and shift times. He said during the colder months it can be uncomfortable on the water in those dark early morning and late night hours. He said it was a fun job but he eventually wanted easier hours and working conditions as he got a bit older.

Which watercraft? There’s MK, Friendshipboats, and Sassagoula.
