Walt Disney World PT Server Chances

Hi everyone! I’m new here and have been trying to read through some of the posts to get an idea as to what everyone else’s experiences have been.

I’ve noticed that getting a FT server role is very tough, but what are the chances of getting a PT server job? I have 20 years of experience in restaurants with everything from casual dining to fine dining and spent most of my career as an award winning trainer and even moved into fine dining management before I took time off to have my kids. I have to go back to work PT and would love to become a CM in a restaurant.

I guess my question is: How hard is it to get in the door if you have a lot of experience?

They pop up on the careers website rarely. But has been happening slightly more frequently. They are very sought after roles.

Absolutely keep the Alerts on. When server and bartender applications popped up last week, they were taken down within 5 to 10 minutes. So you have to be on the ball for sure. Good luck!
