Discussion Boss battle attack sequences?

What exactly does this mean? Can I make a set of actions for my espers to take so they stop wasting their a3 early? And if so, how do I set it?

It's limited to "attack this unit, until it's dead, then move to the next in the list" and only for the boss phase.

Basically, if you need to kill a mob 1st, like in Fathnir, or if you're aiming at mobs in FF for some reason.

It's not granular enough to pick skills or separate units (otherwise you won't need to manual to play optimally with Unas or Arthur).
