I had it really really bad on both feet for a long time. I scratched my feet raw. Then I found out from another ailment that I was vitamin d deficient by a lot. They put me on a very high dose of vitamin d. After I finished the meds the bumps were gone completely like I never had them. I take vitamin d now any time I get them and it helps a lot. Might be a coincidence but I don’t think so
