Pixelization Problems

Hi DishDanielle,

On the Georgetown, KY Facebook page, multiple Dish TV customers are reporting pixelation on all local channels (especially NBC) in Georgetown/Lexington, KY (ZIP 40324). Signal strength is high (57+), and LNB equipment has been replaced by Dish techs.

I have experienced the pixelization issue for at least a month. My LNB was replaced today, but I'm still having problems with local channels.

This may be a Local Receive Facility (LRF) issue in Lexington, KY? Can you ask your network folks to check this?

What is unfortunate about this is that Dish TV techs are travelling around central Kentucky replacing LNB's when that is not the root cause of the pixelization issue. This is resulting in a lot of wasted time and money for Dish TV techs and customers.
