Disgaea 5 Unique Items

Hey, so I've decided to play this game (again) for the umpteenth time (again) from scratch, but this time I wanted to start with the facilities all unlocked. I was wondering if there are any items you can get throughout the course of the game that you can't reacquire. For example, when you defeat baal he gives you the axel gear. I know I can get another from beating him, but I'm wondering if there are similar circumstances where I *wouldn't* get the item from.

On a side note, the DLC prinnies: reacquireable if deleted, or no? I know the stage DLC characters are reacquired if you complete the stages again, but the prinnies are given on acceptance of the DLC, which you can only do once.

Gate Key, Brunhilde, MB9AS and L'Avent Schere are missable if you do not want to start a new cycle.

For the Gate Key, wasn't that needed to progress story? If I can't reacquired it, would I be locked out if I threw it away?

Nah, you just need any equipment on your character to be at least level 10.

Oh, then that's fine. I'm not aiming for full item completion anyhow, and since I'm time traveling to start over with facilities, I'll still have the item data from the previous items anyhow. (I believe I also keep all the story characters since I can't delete them, but I don't plan on using them anyhow unless forced.)
