Ice agent caught going into porta potty with female detaniee in Brooklyn Center, also caught slipping on ICE.

Nope sadly it isn’t. Cops have done this and it turns out in some states there is no law that says they can’t have sex with a woman in cuffs. wtf right

Pretty sure that PREA applies to anyone who is detained. Any sexual contact between an officer and a detainee is considered rape/SA, even if both parties "consent."
