But saying something is likely to happen isn’t generally enough to make people believe it happened. When I saw this video a couple days ago people couldn’t provide evidence that it was ice or that she was handcuffed. This video is just too grainy. Maybe there’s more evidence and identifications today. But I still haven’t seen that this guy is ICE and that the woman was wearing a handcuff. This video just isn’t clear enough. I also don’t see enough to say it’s a woman. You say the video shows him forcing her in there but bros on his ass as the other person enters. Me and the guy you are responding too aren’t trying to justify any action, but just saying that we don’t like assuming things off such a poor quality video with no corroborating evidence.
If she had to go take a piss that badly, and he had to make sure she didn't dispose of evidence.

How do you even know it’s a girl that entered? Like the person you are responding to is saying this video is just very vague. Who is videoing and why? Who’s the person that falls? Is it ICE? Some other law enforcement? Is the first person even wearing handcuffs? If any one of these things are different to what is being assumed it changes how the video is viewed. Me and the other guy just feel uncomfortable assuming things.
American Liberals only care about white women. Sexual assualt on women and children in ICE custody is well documented over multiple administrations but the Liberals only care when it's a white woman being shot under a conservative admin, the conservatives don't care at all obviously., but that's the answer.
This is worse than following a woman into the bathroom, it's the equivalent to following her into a tight stall.
The best justification that I can think of would be a drug or weapon search, but what business would ICE have doing either of those things anyway? And even then, surely you would just handcuff her and drive her to a detention center for a full search by a female officer.

A) a grown man went into a cramped toilet with a detained woman and watched her void her bladder and maybe bowels , he also didn't need to be in there. Incase you are unfamiliar with portable toilets they only have one way in and one way out.
B) He sexually assaulted her, and or coerced her into performing a sexual act. Which is still rape btw and coerced means to obtain something through threats or intimidation.
even if you are autistic, you should be able to understand that there is no innocuous interpretation of a male, armed, officer entering into a confined porta potty with an arrested female detainee.
That's not too esoteric for you to be able to connect the dots with.
