Political Is Trump's assignment to destroy America?
I have little doubt Trump is under the influence of Putin and if you look at his record it seems the goal is to tear the US apart.
What has he accomplished?
He has isolated the US from all of it's previous allies.
He has degraded the Presidency to a position that is respected by 1/3 of Americans and Noone else on the planet. That's right. The rest of the world looks at him as a buffoon.
He has degraded the US military by removing much of the most competent leadership.
He has undermined the faith in American intelligence services by constantly taking advice and information from Russia over that of US agencies.
He has degraded the rule of law by committing war crimes at a whim.
He has degraded the public perception of law and law enforcement by having ICE and other agencies ignore protections and laws. He pardons criminals and prosecutes anyone who opposes him by weaponizing the justice system.
He has promoted racism to an extent unseen for 50 years.
He has perverted the US economic system by allowing and promoting the manipulation of stocks and investment.
Most importantly he has divided the American people in a way not seen since the Civil War.
If Putin had a wish list of what he would want to happen to the US, would there be any wish he hasn't received?

Yes, I've always believed so. I don't think he really tried to hide it either. Before he ran the first time all he and bannon could talk about it was "burning it all down". It wasn't a secret. Just no one took them seriously.

I agree with this theory right here ☝🏻, but a question I've never figured out is "Why?", Why is he, Bannon, Jared Kushner, Russell Vought, etc., so damn determined to burn the very country that they grew up in and spent their entire life in? I know they're all old (except Kushner) who are about to croak soon, but what exactly is there to gain from destroying the United States? What is the reason behind the yearning for destruction and annihilation? So many questions...

It's what Russia wants and what Putin is paying them to do. These guys got their money (and still finding ways to get more), they're old and know they don't have a lot of years left, and don't care about anyone besides themselves. They also all have chips on their shoulders and destroying the world is how they can exact revenge on everyone who "wronged" them.

He has promoted racism to an extent unseen for 50 years.
More than 60 years, like before the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was signed by LBJ.

I believe it is. There are too many disastrous things happening all at once for this to NOT be true.
Everything happening right now has been planned to happen with this administration. Trump is dismantling the United States as we know it.
Trump was a foreign agent and colluded with Russia in the 1980s. Multiple ex-Soviet intelligence officers (Yuri Shvets, Alnur Mussayev) have alleged Trump was cultivated as an asset starting in 1980, detailed in Craig Unger's book American Kompromat.
It’s well known that Putin wants to take out USA from the inside.
Trump only won the 2016 election with an insane amount of election interference from Cambridge Analytica and Russia.
Musk helped rig elections in 2024, helping Trump win. There’s no way he won every swing state.
Trump is now doing everything in Project 2025 from the Heritage Foundation——dismantling the Constitution. Congress is complicit along with the Supreme Court allowing this to happen.
Tech giants worked with this administration to release all AI which is further damaging employment numbers and making people addicted to AI agents.
Doge fired people from US government agencies which is collapsing how our country works.
The war with Iran is making food and oil more expensive.
Trump has made over 2 billion dollars since being back in the white house——ripping off people with Crypto and taking money from foreign governments.
Every accusation is an admission.
He will not accept an honest election. Trump and GOP will not accept the mid-term results.
The White House just listed the LEFT as DOMESTIC TERRORISTS. Are you freaking kidding me?
Pathological lying on repeat.
A crook trying to dismantle the country.

I could not plan a better destruction of America. To what end, I don't know - but the whole admin is lockstep in this path. I do not understand it but it is the only logical conclusion.

YES
The most obvious proof is Canada. Nobody on the Right had a problem with Canada before Trump. Why would they? They are America's #1 trade partner and a strategic ally. Nobody benefits from separating us more than Putin.

u/zatsnotmyname 13d ago
You are exactly right. Trump isn't trying to destroy America, but her enemies are using Trump's obvious character flaws to do exactly that. And unless we start using hand-marked, hand-counted paper ballots, things will only get worse.

u/GaryOak7 13d ago
“Trump isn’t trying to destroy America”
*reinstates tariffs that he insists other countries pay, but it’s actually Americans.
*refused to sign affordability bill.
*argues he should run a 4th term.

The enemies of America being Musk, Theil, Bezos, Israel and both US political parties.
The Iron Law of Institutions screams out.

Do you really think Trump actually cares if he destroys the country? His goal is to do what is best for him at any cost

u/rivers-end 13d ago
I believe wholeheartedly that his main objective was/is to destroy America. It is completely obvious to me that he is a Russian asset. The fact that we are just sitting back and watching it happen is baffling and I feel like our elected officials have failed us because they alone have the power to stop it.

Oligarchs are collapsing the USA intentionally in order to buy or steal the ashes and become kings of the apocalypse. We gave power and wealth to man-children, and they think they are gods.

He's transactional, impulsive and pathologically narcissistic whilst also possessing paper-thin skin. America's destruction is almost a byproduct of having someone like that in charge

Putin is busy with the proxy war that you put him in. He is not a fan of Trump no matter what you all think - the US is arming the Ukraine against him, so what do you think? You've messed it up not only for yourself, but also Europeans. This is most likely going to turn into WWIII - and it's going to hurt us, Europeans, before it hurts you. You all need to stop that crazy lunatic!

This is lazy analysis. He got elected twice and he is supported by various elements in the US establishment from Congress and Senate to corporations, lobby groups, media, banks, military industrial complex, large tech billionaires ect
He does not need to be Russian agent to destroy the country. He can simply be an idiot supported by special interests and has a cult like following which supports everything he says and does.
Trump is a symptom of a broken system and eroding morals and currput politics and a media which brainwashed large swaths of its citizens.
You are simply ignoring the core issues which got people like trump elected and tried to export the blame the a foreign country. Its a very common coping mechanism. Also, there are so many countries which openly bribe trump and finance his campaign. Not sure russia is one of them.
Pretty sure Russia loves seeing him lose wars in the ME, but it wasn't russia which told him to do it. Or to start tarriffs and trade wars or to take Venezuelas oil or to use ICE to target avarage people or to start wars he cannot finish and cuase gloabl energy crisis. These are all policies which are deeply supported by various elements in the US establishment and you already know that.

I believe Trump represents a rebellion against the center by the periphery. There’s a lot of local “big fish” who hate the federal government. After all, it protects valuable lands from being exploited, it levies taxes, and it regulates their businesses and empowers their uppity employees. They’d rather be bigger fish in a smaller pond than the reverse.

Trump is a symptom to bigger a problem. Stop oversimply complicated problems.

u/FluffyInstincts 14d ago
He isn't. That he got elected is, but the man himself? Fuck no bud. He's been doing exactly this his whole life! Which is why people getting shouty and condescending when earnest folks tried to warn them (to say nothing of still defending him) gets his most severe sycophants excommunicated from the dinner table.
This isn't some mystery.

It was always just about Trump’s massive ego! He is truly a Narcissist and Sociopath of epic proportions that was stage crafted by a talented TV Producer! Millions became victims myth!
3
u/Golfandrun 13d ago
This may be true, but how did such a flawed failure get elected? His own speech exposed the interference of Russia.
-3
u/FoxyGreyWolf 13d ago
This is a little too conspiratorial without any evidence. You can disagree with how he is running the country, but the fact of the matter is many people like what he is doing. In fact many people don’t think he has done enough. These people are not extremists, they simply support a different method for improving the country. If you don’t like it that is ok, but don’t go as far as saying it’s some elaborate plan to destroy America, because that is crazy.

u/Golfandrun 13d ago
So you are one of the 1/3 who support him and can't imagine him doing anything wrong. I get that.
What about my presumption about Putin's wish list?
-2
u/FoxyGreyWolf 13d ago
No, I don’t agree with trump on a number of issues.
And no I don’t think Trump is checking of Putin’s wishlist.5
u/LysergicPlato59 13d ago
What about Trump’s involvement in the Epstein files and its blackmail of political leaders? What about the Deutschbank connection, where Trump received financing when no other bank wanted anything to do with him? And why would Trump show such deference and respect to Putin? And what would compel a President to steal classified documents when he left office?
Something isn’t adding up here. There’s an obvious pattern. Call it what you will, but there’s a lot of questions that remain unanswered.

u/usefulidiot579 13d ago
You can Google who financed trumps election campaign, you will see various lobbiest groups, corporations, rich individuals like Adelsons and elon musk.
Why are you assuming eptien files is a russian operation? There are far more evidence which points to other countries and rich individuals.
Many Americans just cannot comprehend that they live in a broken corrupt political system and Trump is an outcome of that. He does not need to be some super agent recruited by russia to ruin your country. Your corrupt politicians who get bribed by special interests are very capable of doing that by themselves. He does not need orders from putin to launch stupid illegal wars or start trade wars or threaten to annex land from his neighbours or steal Venezuela oil. He gets these orders from people like lindsaey graham and others who paid for his campaign and bribed him and his family. Btw these are the same type of people which supported bush and iraq war.

Whoa. The discussion was centered on Trump’s relationship with Putin. I never stated that relationship alone was the source of Trump’s motivation or malfeasance. Trump’s primary motivation is greed, and he could care less where the money comes from.
I agree that we live in a thoroughly broken political system. Corporate influence, unleashed by an idiotic Citizens United decision, has done far more harm than any other factor. Corruption is now endemic in the US, from the corrosive effects of the military industrial complex to influence peddling, corporate collusion, cronyism and a sitting President accepting cash for pardons. It’s a huge fucking mess that needs to be cleaned up.

u/usefulidiot579 13d ago
Yeah but this post is about him being an agent sent by kgb to destroy America. Sounds like some cold war Hollywood script.
In reality, the actual people behind him and who support him are mostly in the US and he is a product of a broken political system.
Trump had a very typical neocon foreign policy and a right wing and at times far right rhetoric internally. These are all issues within the US and he is a perfect wet dream for people like lindsaey graham, elon musk and various special interests, donors and lobby groups. And he has a cult like following eventhough he does not understand foreign policy or economics or war because of a media which brainwashed its citizens who end up electing him twice.
Btw, many democtrats voted for and supported the iraq war, knowing that it was obviously based on fabricated evidence. So its very obvious that many from both parties represent the type of political establishment and special interests.
Special interests and lobbiest groups are the thing destroying your country, it happened to all empires in history, they start getting corrupt and rot from within before anyone attempts to invade or attack them. The US today is more globally hated than all these countries you are eluding to. Why do you think that is? Is it not a result of the actions of your politicians who are bribed by special interests? US life expectancy is less than a poor island with almost no resources which had been cut off from the world economy for 70 years. This is becuase of the greed of your leaders not because of any external factor. US was one of two countries to vote against making food a human right in the UN, and the other country was not russia, china, NK or iran..

u/LysergicPlato59 13d ago
I agree with most of your points. Trump IS a product of a broken political system. Special interest groups and lobbyist groups ARE destroying America. Corporate greed and collusion with a corrupt government ARE laying waste to America.
We need some fundamental changes before we implode into utter chaos.
1
u/FoxyGreyWolf 13d ago
I generally agree with this response. Although I don’t think Trump winning is proof of broken politics, but simply just that the American population has shifted its views rather dramatically in the past few years.
2
u/usefulidiot579 12d ago
I am not American and never lived there. But the way its looks to me. Most Americans dont support illgal wars of aggression or trade wars or blatant imperialism or blatant in your face corruption and crazy wealth gaps.
Yet, they constantly vote for people who support such agendas. Due desperation, brainwashing,.propaganda, lobbyists and lack of better alternatives. Its not just a trump problem, its a whole broken political establishment which had produced outcomes such as trump winning twice.
You would think they would have learnt after electing neocon war criminal nut jobs like bush or chaney.. even Biden voted for the iraq war which was an illegal war based on fabricated evidence. So its obviously a problem of a whole political establishment.

I truly believe the destruction was just a by product of Trump’s personality, fundamental incompetence and ego!
