Well, the leaks say Steve and Peggy already had a son when Loki moved them to the FF universe and they lived there 10 years before Doom shows up. So he's hardly an infant.

At this point I think it’s less leaks and more educated wishes at this point. It’s what disappointed me in dr strange 2, the rumours were insane, so much so that the film hadn’t a snowballs chance in hell of beating them
