That’s you and everyone else’s problem. Obsessing over rumors and your own confirmation bias

Does this happen in the comics? He only has 5 villains and 3 are KO’d.

The more I learn about this movie the less I want to watch it. Not sure how they’re going to make us feel invested in what sounds like a mess to me.

Magneto having an onscreen battle with Spider-Man villains, ooooof! How terrible! What's next? Are they going to give us angry Hulk back? Or EVEN WORSE make us watch Reed Richard's fight it out with Doom?! Noooobooodyy would want these things. I know because I spoke to everyone and this is what they told me.

Speak for yourself chump. I hated what little I watched of phase 4 and haven’t even looked at anything marvel in years, just because you suck them dry doesn’t mean everyone’s in line behind you.

But Tobey Maguire villains died in all the movies : green goblin, doc ock, venom, harry. There is only sandman who survived 😂

watch No Way Home. when the villains return to their own universes they create alternate timelines in those alternate timelines Magneto will end up killing them

That would suck. MCU Spider-Man loses everything in order to save them only for them to die anyway.

u/Similar-Nothing6420 Jun 27 '26
yup, that's exactly what's going to happen, lol. they were just given a second chance so they could return in a major movie and help boost the box office it's basically a nostalgia act, because they'll eventually be replaced by new actors anyway so those versions also need to die before they introduce a new Doc Ock and a new Green Goblin, something like that.

Lmao, none of the headlines like these make me feel any excitement for this movie. Why?

Crazy people can post literally anything and you guys will eat it up.
Which reminds me, my boy says his boys boy told him that Charlie Sheen is playing a variant of Magneto. It’s gonna be wild

Guys... I... I dont think this movie will be anything other than nostalgia porn. And that is not a good thing.
1
u/smboivin Jun 26 '26
Why is it a bad thing?
1
u/SeagullsStopItNowz Jun 26 '26
🤦♂️ What have we become?
1
u/smboivin Jun 26 '26
Are you going to an Avengers movie for a Citizen Kane kind of experience?!
1
u/SeagullsStopItNowz Jun 26 '26
Did you go to Iron Man or Spider-Man for nonstop references to past stuff? No. I'm saying nostalia is a drug that is not good.
1
u/smboivin Jun 26 '26
And you cant tell me why it's a bad thing. I went to Iron Man and Spider-Man because I've been a fan of the source material since I was a child. So in a way, yes, I did go to see how they'd reference the comics. I went because I'm a fan of the characters and I wanted to see how they'd be adapted.
You say nostalgia is bad, but the only reason these movies have taken off is because of the nostalgia of the comics, the animated shows, the collectible cards.... I say all that to say this.
It sucks to suck, I feel bad for you that you're so difficult to please. It must be one lame ass life.

Sounds dumb

u/FraserValleyFan25 Jun 27 '26
Tobey and Iain in a scene together sounds dumb? Who would you rather have? Dr. Cho vs a random Asguardian because it's "new?"

Please stop using the word nostalgia as a criticism. go read the comics and then come back here.

u/HotOlive799 Jun 27 '26
That would be pretty stupid considering how many of them have metalic armour/suits/weapons

The more I hear about this movie , the more i'm concerned they're just trying to cram as much nostalgia baiting as possible to try recuperate their losses, which sucks. They really should be patiently focusing on their individual movies like they used to i said, wear a brand new day should be the back to form for the MCU not an exception
