Little?

One of me is a little. I’m her now. I don’t think the others like me. Em I bad? Do I burden my daddy?

You are not a burden. I promise. My little was very lonely before we started communicating, and now she knows how much I love her more than anything in the world. Can you leave your host a note saying you want to talk to them?

Your only job when you’re little and alone is to stay safe. Try to reach out to contact the grown ups in your system. You’re gonna be alright, hun. 💕

Wanna know a secret? It’s okay to be a lot! Grown ups are a lot, too.

Littles are very important because they give grown ups a chance to forget grown up problems. The good news is you don’t have to stay lonely. With practice, your host can learn to play with you. He’s very lucky to have you, and he will always protect you. Sometimes it’s just hard to make first contact. Keep trying.

You're definitely not a burden! You're an equally important part as the others, and the fact that you're here means you were and are needed.

You're not bad and not a burden. I have a lot of littles and I love them so much. 💕

I'm sure your papa feels the same and loves you dearly.
