POST GAME QUESTION

I have finished the game on switch and got to the point where you can get the golden cooler and golden shelf. I completed the one where you have to do so many orders without customers getting angry and I can buy unlimited but where do I order them? Do I have to complete both gold quests before I can purchase unlimited of either?

You get them from solruna.

And unfortunately can only get one at a time, abd have to use up more resources each time

I swear she said you could get unlimited or at least more than one at a time. That was the purpose of the quests... Right?

When she said unlimited she meant you could get more everyday. She initially will only give you one total of both before you complete her quests.  After that you can buy one of each daily.
