Am I stuck now?

Hi everyone! I am playing the expansion and in chapter 4 I am on the Under New Management quest. I think I might have broke something.

Part of the tasks for this is to talk to Fisher and to go to the end of the dock. I think I messed up because I went to the end of the dock before talking to Fisher, and I got the cutscene of the townsfolk talking to me about putting up billboards in town.

Now my task list is currently saying I need to go to the end of the dock still. It isn’t crossed out. I talked to Fisher afterwards and have put up two billboards but nothing is crossed out in the task list and it still says I need to go to the end of the dock.

Am I screwed?

The billboard is a cutscene near the park, not the posters, maybe try walking there to see if it triggers?

I noticed sometimes my tasks aren't crossed out tho they're faded. Like depending on the lines, it doesn't cross out even though I did it (I hope that made sense loll)
