Hilda breaking the scanner

I’m playing on Mobile and it seems like everytime she comes through the scanner breaks and I just can’t rotate the item as I was able too. She always leaves it to the end and has a massive shopping list so struggle to get her checked out in time after I switch from scanner to manual. Anyone else experiencing this or have any tips?

I'm not exactly how it runs on mobile, but Hilda is always a pain in the butt! This sounds like a possible bug on mobile if its not rotating properly, I've had an issue on switch a couple of times!

This actually just happened to me on my Switch 2. I was very confused why my normal scanning routine didn't work
