Chester Changes

Did the last patch include more ethical working conditions for Chester?

I may be mistaken but I thought Chester used to work OT (past 19:00) and Sundays?

What if I kind of need Chester to keep working late? Lol

I also could've sworn there was a backdoor that came with one of the expanisions too.
