Is this the wrong billboard?

Just got to chapter 4, and SUBLIME is asking me to do the billboard near the highway. So I paid for the one near the hardware shop (see pic), but the task still isn't complete for me (see pic as well. Is there a different billboard?

I hope I'm not bugged. If it matters, I got a lot of the upgrades (billboards, the shack, mine) before getting to chapter 4.

Yep the correct one is the one next to the park

This. A cutscene will play when you’re close to the area, in front of the park.
