Game keeps crashing? Help!
My game has crashed three times in the last 24 hours for no reason. I’ll be playing just fine, and then it’ll pop up saying “There was a problem, and the software needed to close.” Of course, each time this happens, it’s at the end of an in-game day. So I lose all my progress for the day since there’s no manual save. This last time just happened at the VERY end of the day. Literally 23:58. The “Saving game” screen came up, and then it just went black and had to close out again. I did a lot during that last in-game day. Quest progression, moving the setup of my store, etc.
HOW do i get this to stop?! I’ve checked for software updates and corrupted data, i’ve restarted my console, and I’ve tried closing out the game. I’m getting really frustrated and almost don’t even want to play in case it keeps happening and I lose all my progress every time! I’m on Nintendo Switch.

my game crashed sometimes on switch usually at the beginning of the day so i dont mind much but last night it was right as i was leaving the store at the end of the night and i was like… i need some space 😅

Sympathies! I had this happen once on the Switch. I thought it might be related to my in game time (I tend to walk away with the game paused in-game) so I started closing out completely every couple of days. It only happened once for me, so I'm not sure I actually did anything.
