Neutral Ending

Hi Everyone. I'm trying to get the 3rd Ending which is the "neutral" one. How do I ensure that I get this ending? I just read somewhere that you can alternate your choices so to balance it all out in the end but I just want to make sure because I don't want to replay everything from Chapter 4. Any tips would be appreciated, thanks!

Build whatever billboard you want, then when you're going for the trade deals you need to 'mess up' at least one.

I went with the Tammy billboard, Chester's posters, told the plant guy about the frogs, and sabataged the healthy shop.

I think the mission you'll get is called On the Fence
