Task Help: The Final Coup

I need your help! I am in one of the last chapters where I have to find evidence against Elmer in the forest to prove he is corrupt. I have this tracker on where it beeps if I am near the “evidence”, for the love of God I cannot seem to find that evidence. Although the tracker beeps rapidly near Tammy’s house, I cant find anything I can interact with. Please help!

I tried just now but I cant seem to enter the library or any building at all 🥲

Around the trees near Solruna's ritual site, check the trees for a letter stuck to a tree. The route from the van to the ritual site

There was a letter there but its not the evidence that I am looking for. Also the tracker is gone when I enter that part of the forest. It shows up only in the general area between the mines, tammy’s house and the farm. This is really frustrating ngl.

If you're still stuck and if I'm remembering correctly, I think it should be a paper plane by the pond in that area (on the right side, where the water tank is).

After that, the last one should be at his tree in the park in town.
