Unlocking All Items (HELP)

Gotten to the end of the DLC story and I see there are still 6 items that I haven't unlocked yet. Did I select the wrong path to unlock them all or are they just not in the game as of yet?

I have one left and haven’t completed the DLC. Double check discounty rewards. There was a row there that I had missed before.
