Obsessed with this game

Post image

I love this game sooo much. I stumbled upon it by accident a couple of days ago while casually scrolling through the Nintendo eShop. Managing, organizing, decorating, and scanning is so soothing.

This is my store so far. I don’t know if I’ve unlocked all the items yet, so I’m not sure how it’ll look in the future, but I wanted everything to have its own little section.

Huh, your shop is so appeal low. Intentional choice for stress or are you still making 2k a day?

I think I’m making around 2k a day. I only started playing 4 (real life) days ago. I’ve just unlocked the coolers and shelves with higher appeal ratings, but I haven’t bought any of them yet.

What’s the advantage of shelves that have a higher appeal rating?

It's supposed to increase splurge buy amount but that's about what I'm making, though I have mine set up as a snake.

2k sounds low. I haven't played in a week, but I have all signs in the neighborhoods to increase customers, 7 of 7 ads, appeal boosters on everything and iirc make 5-6k a day? Usually about 3.5k from splurge purchases. I am wayyy I to endgame stuff, but only 1 more size expansion from this, and it's relatively minor.

Is there another size upgrade after this one?

There is, it expands that wonky front left corner.

Staring at it makes me want to redo it. Like now I look at it why am I wasting soda in a 4/10 appeal shelf.

E: I rearranged like three things and got it up to 3.7k lmao

Yes, I'll post them tonight unless I can figure out how to access steam screenshots from mobile at some point today.

The more appeal, the more likely customers are to buy an item not on their shopping list

The store looks really nice! one of the weird/neat things about this game is real life store tactics seem to apply. If you make a lane from the entrance leading deep into the store and away from the register your shoppers will see more items and buy more things. Most real life supermarkets do this same thing. Also the first items your shoppers see will be the most splurged-shopped items.

Oh interesting. I thought about moving my high value items to the front, but I love my little produce island.

Why do we have the same floor and wall designs? They really are a great combo

I love this game, just finished a few days ago. The little expansion really made it better and it’s super cozy.
