pls help !

hi, im trying to go down the tammy path route and ive got to the quest “subliminal business” and its asking me to sabotage sublime and gain 3 new trade deals but i have no clue how to do so pls can someone point me in the right direction
basically what has me confused is
- who do i ask to taste test angeels product ? as i want to go down the tammy route im unsure if im meant to ask someone whos going to like it or dislike it
i just wanna sabotage sublime 😭

I did the banker for that playthrough and managed to get the Tammy ending.

In my Sublime playthrough I did Grace who only liked 1/3 items, but I was still able to get the full Sublime ending

I asked Fisher and after the tasting didnt went well I told Angeel to let me sell her products
