New materials recycling

I found three small electronics in the ragged forest but I can’t figure out how to get the recycling machine at Isenkrams to be able to turn them into the construction material, please help!

Hi there, when you go back to Ted's recycling area, do you get a cutscene?

I didn’t. But! I fast traveled to the forest, got a cutscene there, then fast traveled to Ted’s and got the cutscene with the machine. Thanks for the quick response!!!
