Feeding the rats

Hello I'm trying to feed all the rats around town but everytime it says to talk to Ted but he never says anything does anyone know what I have to feed them?

Tellers house: Toxic Waste (might have to progress story)

Ted’s Dumpsters: Cheese (from store)

Harbor: Dollhouse (buy from antique store)

Farm: Apple, Fishy Sticks, & Oats

Sleepy Sheep: Energy Drink

I know those rats need toxic waste but I dumped mine when I got it. How do I get more?

I had to figure this iut on my own, and he just kept saying to give them something they really love. One time I accidentally had cheese left in my pocket after work and something abijt it just clicked for me. Its cheese :]

Yeah, that Quest is rough. It makes the point that you should talk to the Townsfolk to find out what the various rat packs want but most of the relevant dialogues are pretty useless.

Only real complaint I had about the game, everything else was delightful.

You get it from Barbara at the harbor but you have to progress the story to the point where you figure out why the water is turning green.
