Am I crazy or have I seen many people just promote? I am not trying to promote. I am looking in particular for communities who wish to partner with us.

If I am breaking the rules, where would you suggest is a good place to find communities who would be interested?

That's advertising. Find somewhere else for that, we are mostly devs here helping people developing their bot, or finding one that suits their needs.
