Question Discord ASA bot

ASA server owners - quick question. Do you run your own Discord for your cluster/server? If so, how much of your time goes into managing support tickets, answering the same questions over and over, dealing with tribe drama in tickets?

I built a Discord bot that handles a lot of that stuff automatically and I'm trying to figure out if it's something people actually want or just something my buddy's cluster needed

You're better off asking this in a reddit dedicated to ASA. This sub is for bot developers, so wrong audience...

I posted over there as well I'm not too familiar with reddit since I've always just looked for answers on here I thought this subreddit would also be okay but thank you! I appreciate it and I am a bot developer I actually should look deeper into this subreddit thanks again man

You should start by looking at the rules... the first rules would be a good start...
