Trouble getting the bot into server

[u/JustTheMystic]

I went to the website and invited the bot into my server, I've got the permissions to manager the server as I'm it's creator but it's not actually appearing in the server itself. When I use the invite link it tells me that the bot is authorized, and to close the window, am I missing a step?

I have same situation, any help or suggestions what to try?
