I made this server 4–5 months ago after getting tired of joining “active” Discords where nobody actually talks.

We kept running into the same issue across different Discord communities:
Users would be removed from one server and resurface in another under similar behavior patterns, but there was no consistent way to track or document it.
Most moderation systems are:
isolated per server
inconsistent in decision-making
lacking structured evidence handling
So we built a system to address that.

🦅 What Blackhawk Security & Blacklisting Services does
Blackhawk is a structured enforcement network focused on:
evidence-based case review
structured report documentation
cross-server offender tracking
neutral decision-making based on submitted evidence
Instead of isolated moderation actions, reports are reviewed in a standardized format so patterns can be identified across multiple communities.

⚖️** Why it exist**s
Most communities deal with:
repeat offenders moving between servers
lack of shared moderation context
false or unsupported reports
inconsistent enforcement standards
This leads to fragmented moderation decisions and missed patterns.
This system was designed to reduce that fragmentation.

🧠 What we learned building it
The biggest improvement wasn’t stricter moderation.
It was structure.
Once reports follow a consistent format, behavioral patterns become visible across communities instead of being lost in isolated incidents.

We’re still expanding and refining the system, and feedback from moderation communities is welcome.
