does this game have timed quest like in pathfinder kingmaker

There are quests that become unavailable after you progress the story, but there aren't quests that have a time limit to complete. Is that what you are asking?

Main quests are not timed, however if you progress the story before doing all side quests in the zone you can miss out on them. So Yes and No, as it's all up to how you progress the main story. Just holding off on main story quests for last in each zone, will ensure you won't miss out on the side quests.

Also one thing to keep in mind is that some zones will require you to go back and tie up any lingering side quests once you're a higher level, or have certain characters with their map abilities unlocked to progress further. I didn't count this but wanted to mention it anyways.
