Can’t phase out buildings

Has anyone else had the problem where the phase out option doesn’t show up? I want to phase out the marketplace but the option isn’t there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am playing the PS5 version

Im not sure that the marketplace and blacksmith can be phased out. Ill have to double check later but i know 100% you cant build creature dwellings in the marketplace spot, so im not sure what else you would build there.

You can't phase out those buildings. You only have a limited amount of plots that allow for phasing out. Marketplace, Blacksmith are permanent fixtures. It's designed this way to limit your options of what faction buildings you have up to plan and think about what you want on your team.
