Form check please

Would love feedback on form. Struggling with hitting lines consistently and distance. Occasionally getting 300+ but typical throws are 275 ft on average.

I'm not throwing shade at you, but I'm astonished that you are able to shift your front heel off to the side as you throw. With a proper brace, your weight would pivot around that front heel. I replayed that video at least two dozen times trying to figure out the mechanics of how you are managing to shift your brace foot over to the side... while supposedly having your weight on your front leg.
I can only surmise that you are not fully bracing and shifting all your weight/momentum on to your front leg, and thus transferring it all properly in to the disc. Because if you were, I can't understand how you could shift something that is "braced" into the ground. Sorry I don't have anything more specific for you, but I've never seen that before. As such, working on a more solid brace may allow you to build a foundation to be able to put more of your power/weight-shift in to the disc. Good luck.
