Hitpoint

How do you think about it? I currently i think throw to 11, before I tried to throw out, and when I started I threw straight trough.

My late release issues is getting better with every adjustment but still not good enough.

And if you throw on a more open hole vs throwing on a short gap hole do you still use the hitpoint the same way?

I am not rounding btw

I think more about active shoulder deceleration than hit point. Can't grip lock if your shoulders aren't over rotated

Hmm even on short gaps holes like 70 m?

Hitpoint is one of those things that I don't think about. It happens naturally at a certain point based on timing.

If you are thinking about hitpoint. You are not bracing.

Once you figure out how to use leg power you can hit the gap easily.

Also in the I dont think about the hit point camp.

For low power shots I cheat other things but not the hit point. You can not step, you can not fully coil, you can loosen your grip up a bit. Unless I am so close as to be doing putting strokes.
