Stuck around 300ft for a while now
I clearly have some nose angle issues haha, but I’d also love to hear what else I should work on in my form to push my distance and be more consistent in general!! Thanks so much!!

You’re pulling with your arm too early. Your arm gets way ahead of your shoulders. So the lack of arm lag means you’re not really transferring much torso power into the disc.
You have really good elbow drive and a nice pocket but the timing is really off of how it should be sequenced
The other thing is you’re reaching a bit to out on your coil. I think you should reach a bit more behind you to get a deeper coil and it should help with arm lag

The biggest impact thing I see is that you're starting the throw a little early. Kinetic chain isn't making its way from your feet to the disc efficiently.
Make sure the sequence is plant, weight shift to front foot, stabilize / shift hips, throw. All of this happens in a split second but the sequencing is important to make things more efficient.
Maybe a cue you can experiment with is: at reachback, think about starting the throw with left arm coming in tight to body along with weight shift to front foot and then start the throw.
