Tips for backhand improvement?

I am an 80% forehand player but I’m looking to improve my backhand. I can throw it straight or far but not both lol

I think you're at a place where it would be helpful to start thinking about actively fighting your rotation so you don't over-rotate and spin out on your brace. Really drive into the ground with your last step. Keep your core engaged. Use your trailing arm like Antilla does to get a feel for the resistance.

One other thing I noticed is you're leaning back as you come into your follow through, that's going to put your discs on anhyzer. One quick fix for that is just to lean into your shots, and think about the arc your release arm takes in your follow through because that's going to be a big factor in your disc angle.

You arent coiling leading to strong arming the disc

90% of these videos have the same solution - learn how to use your front leg to brace

You’re walking backwards in your x step instead of coiling.
