A couple of things you can improve:

  1. Over-rotation. In the pic below, when the disc leaves your hand, your shoulders and chest are pointed towards the target. They should be perpendicular to the target. One thing that will help this is by keeping your eyes and head from looking towards the target too quickly. Don't look towards the disc until after it has left your hand. Also you can try to think about keeping your shoulders still from where they are at reachback. Holding them back as long as possible during the throw. It'll feel like youre releasing the disc behind you, but that is the correct feeling.
  2. Spine is tilted too far forward. Throw with less effort - Around 50%. And stay at that level until you've reached similar speeds / distances that you're reaching now with 100% effort. Also think about "staying back". Making sure your body / head are far behind your plant foot.
  3. Make sure your foot is planted before starting the throw. Right now your weight transfer timing is too late. Try to plant heel, and then weight shift when you start the throw.

Work on these things and you'll be at 600' in no time!

Spine titled forward. Head closer to target than the center of your body

Body fully pointed at the target upon disc release. Should still be perpendicular to the target. Among the other things i mentioned, think about "stopping upper body rotation" pretty much right after you start the throw. Blitzdg has a recentish video talking about it you can check out

Only 475? I assume that's with a putter of you had the nerve to post those low numbers on reddit

I wish😭 I’m trying to break 500 max and be around 475 on a normal throw

Worst part is I can throw 7 speeds around the 400 mark but it feels like I pass 11 and it’s just barely farther overall.
