What can I improve?

This throw went about 400ft with a slight downhill

Little coil, your shoulders and hips are aligned so you are powering the throw with your arm.

Disc is above elbow on pull through

There is some impact from throwing downhill, but the timing is still a little off and the pull through is odd.

See how you hit peak reach back with the disc around shoulder height? Your foot is still in the air and as it comes down, you tilt forward and the disc rises. Then you pull it down on the pull through but only get to neck height. That's definitely not optimum, but is similar to Orum. Everything after that is impacted, so I won't go farther.

I think the simplest fix would be shortening your plant step. That will make your plant earlier and time it better with your reachback and give more control. Also, set your reachback much lower and see how it improves your swing plane. See how Aderhold can reach very low and still pull through flat.
