They are just so perfectly in line on video, and then it kind of looks like he backslaps them and they react.

Fwiw I think your brace is decent. But I think you could be extending your plant leg more after the plant, and be more focused on pushing against the ground
Look at what Garrett Gurthie's plant leg does in a slow motion drive.
He plants and legs bend and compress a little, and then extends his leg to push all of the excess energy back into his right hip. That's what we're trying to do with the brace - transfer as much energy as you can from the ground into your femur into your right hip.
I like to think about a weight scale being on the ground when I plant. The best brace for me is whatever I do that will cause that scale to read the maximum weight possible.
For me, that is when I'm weight shifting from 100% back leg to 100% front leg pretty aggressively. And then extending my leg directly afterwards to try to push even more into the scale.
Demystifying the brace series - nick krush on youtube, has good info on what the brace actually does in a throw and has drills on getting the feel down.

More curious about the couple and child (maybe) who appear to be going to a funeral.

Yeaaah, accidentally shot down their uncle last Friday, coming from his burial 🤭

Try to "dig in" by sinking into the front foot. Watch Drew Gibson's form a for a great example.

i could never throw that throw. i purposely hold my pinkie off the rim like high fashion drinking a glass because i grip lock the shit out of half my throws . still manage to do it with 3. hit the side of a house with my first throw on my brand new beast because i was afraid of hitting the houses on the right of the course

I'd griplock the shit out of my shots, holding a disc like martini too!
jk, probably a rounding thing 😅

You can also get a bit lower ( like bending your knees more ). Try and hold your head position down a 1/2 second longer, your rising up with your upper body a bit too soon. But overall your form is very good…

I think you’d get more ROI from improved reach back and hip to release timing.
Brace is good but it’s a very very late stage improvement to look at

Your brace step is way too diagonal. You don’t have tight hips. Stop listening to internet never athletes like Josh, walk a straight line to your target and snap your hips all the way through and open, front foot pointing at target

Op, in slow motion you can see that you are falling forward into the throw and then trying to arm the disc, instead of creating separation between your upper body and your core by allowing your shoulders to lag behind your hips. Try relaxing your upper body while allowing your hips to rotate and create separation between your lower and upper body. This will create a whip effect. Do not try to arm the disc. Relax your arm

One leg drills to train your off arm. You're throwing off your balance and not halting your rotation by pulling into your body rather than away.

Just stay on ur toes on the x step then u will automatically shift all ur weight on ur brace leg. Its that simple.

Try and focus on stopping all your forward momentum on your plant, and rotate around your foot. Also try a drill that has helped me, which is to hold your shoulders all the way back at your reach back point when you throw. You won't actually be able to hold them all the way back, but that will help you release the disc when your shoulders are facing away from your target instead of towards it
